We feature a number of reputable grocery shops that we do business with. All grocery items are shipped directly from these stores. We are constantly negotiating with new stores, so check back often as we may have a grocery shop in your state featured. If you own a shop and would like your shop/items featured on this website at no cost to you please contact our marketing team and we will call you right back to set up a meeting. You may also use our online form.

Privacy and Shipping Policy

We do not save any of your details on our website. All your payment details are saved securely on Google checkout's secure servers. We will not sell your information nor send you any unsolicitated emails. We ship within three business days by UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your order is shipped. Shipping costs are based on the weight of merchandise being purchased and the destination address. Please note that if the shipping zipcode entered on the shipping estimator doesn't match your shipping address on google checkout, your order will be cancelled. We try to bring you the cheapest shipping cost possible. We are currently exploring possibilities of shipping by USPS priority mail.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item please fill out our return request form. We give you a 15-day, Money-Back, Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are dissatisfied with any item, for any reason within the first 15 days from invoice, complete the Return Request Form. RETURN Merchandise Authorization requests are processed within two (2) business days, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the item back. 15 Day Satisfaction Refunds allow you to return complete, undamaged merchandise for a full refund under the following conditions: Merchandise must be sent back and received in the same condition as when sold to you. The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number on the return label! Packages returned without the Return Authorization Number on it will not be processed, and may be refused or returned! Customer is responsible for shipping charges to us. We will promptly refund your purchase price upon receipt of undamaged merchandise minus shipping costs. For music CDs only unopened CDs will warrant a full refund. If for any reason we mailed you the wrong item (i.e. not the item you ordered) due to some fault of our sales department we will refund your full purchase price plus your shipping costs.
